In the PTCL case, only a CCND3/CCND1 fusion was detected and no SNVs were found, although the most frequent PTCL-related genes (e.g., DNMT3A, and IDH2 as well as a new highly prevalent RHOA) were all covered by our NGS panel. This evidence concerns the gene RHOA and mature T-cell and NK-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
