Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that tumor diameter > 5 cm (odds ratio (OR), 2.18; 95% CI, 1.53–3.10; p < 0.001), tumor number ≥ 4 (OR, 3.44; 95% CI, 2.37–4.98; p < 0.001), infiltrative tumor type (OR, 3.18; 95% CI, 1.99–5.07; p < 0.001), AFP ≥ 200 ng/mL (OR, 1.76; 95% CI, 1.27–2.45; p = 0.001), and NLR ≥ 3 (OR, 3.35; 95% CI, 2.27–4.94; p < 0.001) were significant factors associated with PD 6 months after TACE (Table 3).
