When IFNα2–Tα1 was analyzed for its ability to inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells, it was observed that IFNα2–Tα1 inhibits the proliferation of HepG2 (Figure 2A,B) and MDA-MB-231 (Figure 3A,B) cells more effectively as compared to reference IFNα2 alone.
