Strong upregulation of CXCL family genes such as CXCL1, CXCL6, CXCL8, CXCL10, and CXCL11 was observed in TB-CM-treated HNDF cells (Figure 6C), suggesting that TB-CM might induce chemokine-related cellular pathways during wound healing in skin fibroblasts.
