The miR-10 and miR-146a isolated from membrane-bound extracellular vesicles released by stem cells have been shown to restore ovarian function in a chemotherapy-induced mouse model of POF through the modulation of Bcl-2-like protein 11, interleukin-1 (IL-1) receptor-associated kinase 1, and TNF receptor-associated factor 6 (TRAF6). Here, BCL2L11 is linked to premature menopause.
