According to a meta-analysis that analysed the frequency of three main genes (JAK2, MPL and CALR) in MPN from 2000 to 2018 [66], for the most common gene mutation JAK2 V617F, TET2 showed a lower prevalence as compared to JAK2 V617F in PV (46.7–100.0%), ET (31.3–72.1%) and MF (25.0–85.7%). Here, TET2 is linked to myeloproliferative neoplasm.
