DIAPH1 and cancer: Notably, our analysis identifies novel perturbed AS events in genes (PACSIN2 exon 8, DIAPH1 exon 2, MARK3 exon 16, ADD3 exon 13, MAP3K7 exon 12, and MARK2 exon 15) involved in different cancer-related biological processes such as migration, apoptosis, DNA-damage, cytoskeleton organization, and proliferation.
