Figure 3A,B show that amplifications of both EZH2 (logrank p = 1.8 × 10−7 ) and EED (logrank p = 1.4 × 10−10) in prostate cancer were associated with poor prognosis (data from [33,42,43]). For the SUZ12 gene, only two samples with amplifications and survival data are available, making the results uninterpretable. This evidence concerns the gene SUZ12 and prostate carcinoma.
