Figure 4A demonstrates that the increased EZH2 transcription was significantly (logrank p = 2.98 × 10−13) correlated with poor prognosis. At the same time, high abundance of SUZ12 and EED transcripts showed no significant correlation with survival, suggesting that EZH2 expression is the strongest PRC2 prognostic marker in MM. Here, EED is linked to Miyoshi myopathy.
