S100A8 and skin basal cell carcinoma: Among cagA-positive isolates, all EPIYA motif patterns were related to the Western type, harboring the ABC (n = 122, 80.8%), ABCC (n = 12), BC (n = 6), AC (n = 6), ABC+ABCC (n = 2), AB (n = 1), ACC (n = 1) and BCC (n = 1) motifs in adults and ABC (n = 6, 85.7%) and AC (n = 1) motifs in children.
