We previously observed a reduced migration of PMNs from patients with PCD to the chemokines CXCL5 and CXCL8 compared to PMNs from healthy controls, whereas the chemotactic response to leukotriene B4 (LTB4) and complement component 5a (C5a) was not significantly reduced [31].
