The fact that most of compounds 3 showed good Nrf2 induction, coupled with the radical scavenging properties found for some of them (3h and 3i), prompted us to study the potential neuroprotective activity of our library in an oxidative stress model, which was generated by treatment of neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells with a combination of rotenone and oligomycin A (R/O) (30/10 μM). Here, NFE2L2 is linked to neuroblastoma.
