CXCL9 and cancer: Watanabe et al. [182] also identified 20 genes showing differential expression in CA-CRC (n = 10) and UC control patients (n = 43), which included cancer-related genes such as CYP27B1, RUNX3, SAMSN1, EDIL3, NOL3, CXCL9, ITGB2 and LYN.
