This study demonstrated that [68Ga]Ga-HBED-CC-PSMA PET/CT was more specific and sensitive than combined CT and bone scans in the detection of metastatic disease, with [68Ga]Ga-HBED-CC-PSMA PET/CT yielding 27% greater accuracy (92% vs. 65% for conventional imaging) [85,86].
