In this study, 12 signaling pathways involved in apoptosis, cell cycle, DNA replication, the MAPK signaling pathway, NOTCH signaling pathway, P53 signaling pathway, pathways in cancer, RNA degradation, T-cell receptor signaling pathway, TGF-β signaling pathway, VEGF signaling pathway, and Wnt signaling pathway were the most enriched in the highly expressed phenotypes of SGO2 (Table 5 and Figure 4). This evidence concerns the gene TGFB1 and cancer.
