The survival analyses of publicly available lung cancer data revealed that an increased level of PRMT5 gene expression was significantly linked to worse overall survival (OS) in lung adenocarcinoma with the pooled hazard ratio (HR) of 1.31 (95% confidence interval [CI] 1.03–1.68, p-value of 0.028). This evidence concerns the gene PRMT5 and lung adenocarcinoma.
