Similar H19 regulatory mechanisms have previously been reported, such as the H19/miR675 pathway, which inhibits cell growth and Igf1r expression [95]; H19/Let-7-mediated inhibition of HMGA2-mediated epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition [96] and the H19/miR-675 axis inhibits prostate cancer metastasis via TGFβ1 [97].
