Bryostatin 1 was administrated (by 72 h continuous infusion every 2 weeks at a dose of 120 μg/m2 per course) to 25 patients with relapsed, low-grade non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma or chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and induced the upregulation of the co-expression of CD11c/CD22 on CD20+ cells [107]. Here, CD22 is linked to B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
