These observations suggest that the DR4 and DR5 genes are largely unmethylated in BCP-ALL clinical samples, particularly in the samples with the favorable karyotypes such as hyperdiploidy and ETV6-RUNX1 fusion and those with certain high risk/poor prognostic karyotypes such as BCR-ABL1 and iAMP21. The gene discussed is TNFRSF10B; the disease is acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
