Molecular docking results revealed that the active components of Sulawesi Propolis have high binding potential to proteins involved in endometriosis pathophysiology, namely: TNF-alpha receptors, NF-kB p50/p65, estrogen receptors -alpha (ER-α) and -beta (ER-β), progesterone receptor B (PR-B) as well as prostaglandin receptors E2 with EP2 subtype and EP3 subtype. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is endometriosis.
