We found positive correlated relationship between GABPA and GABPB1 (r = 0.6, 95% CI = 0.06–0.91; p = 0.035), GABPB1-L (r = 0, 8, 95% CI = 0.56–0.97; p = 0.0008) and GABPB1-S (r = 0.6, 95% CI = 0.02–0.9; p = 0.045) in primary glioblastomas (Figure 4). This evidence concerns the gene GABPB1 and glioblastoma.
