IL6 and colonic neoplasm: In summary, after combining the results of this study with literature data, it was found that a possible mechanism for ursolic acid to act against colon cancer was through the regulation of key targets such as IL-6, VEGFA, MAPK, and caspases and through multiple key pathways to inhibit tumor cell proliferation and induce cell apoptosis and antitumor functions such as death and antiangiogenesis.
