In summary, after combining the results of this study with literature data, it was found that a possible mechanism for ursolic acid to act against colon cancer was through the regulation of key targets such as IL-6, VEGFA, MAPK, and caspases and through multiple key pathways to inhibit tumor cell proliferation and induce cell apoptosis and antitumor functions such as death and antiangiogenesis. This evidence concerns the gene VEGFA and neoplasm.
