HAR1A was expressed specifically in Cajal–Retzius neurons in the developing human neocortex, and a previous study reported that HAR1A could act as a prognostic marker for isocitrate dehydrogenase mutant glioma (Pollard et al., 2006; Shi et al., 2019; Chen et al., 2020).
