GNRH1 and hypertensive disorder: Real-world observational data from 2382 PC cases from a German registry showed no significant differences in the incidence of CVD between LHRH agonists and GnRH antagonists, although a significant increase in hypertension was reported in LHRH agonists (16.4%) compared to cases treated with GnRH antagonist (6.9%; p=0.022) (27).
