We found that the 2-undecen-4-ol (FC = 1.51, p value = 0.01), 2H-tetrazole, 2-methyl- (FC = 1.37, p value = 0.03), 2-propanol, 1-chloro-3-propoxy- (FC = 1.47, p value = 0.04) were significantly increased in the lung cancer subjects with EGFR mutation. This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and lung carcinoma.
