In addition, the protein levels of SRPK1 in colon cancer were the second highest in the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) database, which was only lower than that in Ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV),and compared with that in normal tissues (n = 100), SRPK1 was also upregulated in CPTAC colon cancer tissues (n = 97) (p < 0.001) (Fig. 1c, d).
