To explore KIF3C’s biological role in regulating the malignant biological behaviors of NSCLC cells, we conducted CCK-8, EdU, and Transwell assays, and it showed that compared with the control group, KIF3C overexpression remarkably promoted cell proliferation, migration, and invasion, while KIF3C knockdown repressed cell proliferation, migration, and invasion (Figure 2b-e). This evidence concerns the gene KIF3C and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
