MTOR and Familial prostate cancer: Hereinto, the top five KEGG pathway enrichment analysis was shown to be significantly associated with thermogenesis, oxidative phosphorylation, retrograde endocannabinoid signalling, peroxisome and mTOR signalling pathway in Luminal A; thermogenesis, retrograde endocannabinoid signalling, oxidative phosphorylation, glucagon signalling pathway and insulin resistance in Luminal B; MAPK signalling pathway, Ras signalling pathway, endocrine resistance, prostate cancer and pancreatic cancer in HER2+ (Figure 5A‐C).
