HOXB3 and ovarian cancer: Multivariate analysis demonstrated that HOXB3 (HR  =  1.09, 95% CI 1.01–1.17, p  =  0.027) overexpression is closely associated with shorter PFS, and HOXB3 overexpression decreased the sensitivity of ovarian cancer to cisplatin and attenuates the generation of cisplatin-induced ROS [29].
