The effects of HCP5 knockdown and HCP5 overexpression on cell viability were measured using CCK-8 assay, and the results manifested that downregulation of HCP5 significantly suppressed cell proliferation in AML cells, while overexpression of HCP5 remarkably elevated the proliferative ability of AML cells (Fig. 2D). This evidence concerns the gene HCP5 and acute myeloid leukemia.
