Previously, our laboratory treated prostate cancer cell lines with CXCL13 and observed an elevation in BRAC1, CTNNB1, ELK1, HDAC8, ICAM1, GNA13, MAPK8, RELA, RHOH, and STAT3 phosphorylation, all of which were present in the brown and yellow modules [50].
