SOCS1 and liver dysplastic nodule: described that tubular epithelial cell‐derived exosomal miR‐19b‐3p was internalized by macrophages, leading to M1 phenotype polarization by directly targeting the expression of suppressor of cytokine signaling 1 (SOCS‐1), causing nuclear factor‐kappa B (NF‐κB) signaling‐associated tubulointerstitial inflammation to induce DN progression.
