The proportion of PDGFRA+ fibroblasts was significantly reduced in primary and lymph node metastatic tumors, whereas PSOTN+ and RGS5+ cells were significantly increased compared with adjacent normal tissues (Figures 6D and S6A–S6D), reflecting the general remodeling of extracellular stroma in tumor tissues. This evidence concerns the gene PDGFRA and metastatic neoplasm.
