The proportion of PDGFRA+ fibroblasts was significantly reduced in primary and lymph node metastatic tumors, whereas PSOTN+ and RGS5+ cells were significantly increased compared with adjacent normal tissues (Figures 6D and S6A–S6D), reflecting the general remodeling of extracellular stroma in tumor tissues. The gene discussed is RGS5; the disease is metastatic neoplasm.
