ST3GAL2 and infection: Thirdly, we focused on the ST3 β-Galactoside α-2,3-Sialyltransferase 2 (ST3GAL2) and miR-615-3p interaction given their distinguished anti-correlated transcription upon C. jejuni 81-176 infection in vivo and were able to show that miR-615-3p interacts with ST3GAL2 targeting its cellular concentrations.
