KEGG pathway and GO enrichment analysis showed that the DEGs were mainly associated with Pathways in cancer, Proteoglycans in cancer, Focal adhesion, MicroRNAs in cancer, Prostate cancer, Rheumatoid arthritis, Adrenergic signaling in cardiomyocytes, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B, Toxoplasmosis, Malaria, Thyroid cancer, and a variety of signal-related pathways, such as PI3K-AKT, TNF, HIF-1, PPAR, NOD-like receptor, VEGF signaling pathways (Fig. 4B). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and tuberculosis.
