EZH2 and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma: lncRNA Xist increases the aggressiveness of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma by functioning as a ceRNA sponge of miR-124 to regulate EZH2 expression (Xiao D. et al., 2019), and promotes progression of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma via activating the miR-144/IRS1 axis (Cui et al., 2020), and promotes the malignance of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma cells through functioning as a ceRNA of miR-125b-5p to positively modulate TRIB2 expression (Liu et al., 2020b).
