EGFR and cancer: We identified 9 significantly related GO biological processes, including neurohypophysis development, synapse assembly, cell differentiation, hypothalamus cell differentiation, regulation of cytokine biosynthetic process, neuron fate specification, positive regulation of filopodium assembly, positive regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter and transcription, and 4 KEGG signalling pathways, including the ErbB signalling pathway, FoxO signalling pathway, and signalling pathways regulating stem cell pluripotency and proteoglycans in cancer (Figure 2B).
