Moreover, evaluating the specificity and efficiency of c−MET−specific−NK cells against human c−MET−positive HepG2 revealed that c−MET−CAR−NK cells induced more specific cytotoxicity against HepG2 cells with high c−MET expression than H1299 cells, a human lung cancer cell line with low c−MET expression, suggesting that c−MET could be a rational target for CAR−NK immunotherapy in liver cancer (84).
