NeoCombi was a single-arm, open-label, single-center, phase II trial, which enrolled patients who were affected by stage IIIB/C, BRAF V600-mutated melanoma and receiving dabrafenib plus trametinib for 12 weeks of neoadjuvant therapy before surgery, followed by 40 weeks of adjuvant therapy (46). This evidence concerns the gene BRAF and melanoma.
