In the KEGG pathway analysis, 35 pathways related to Influenza A, Kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus infection, human T-cell leukemia virus 1 infection, toxoplasmosis, hepatitis C, Epstein-Barr virus infection, viral carcinogenesis, peroxisome, T cell receptor signaling pathway, natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity, hypoxia-inducible factor-1 signaling pathway, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) signaling pathway, relaxin signaling pathway, FOXO signaling pathway, apelin signaling pathway, and chemokine signaling pathway were identified (Figure 3D, 3E and Supplementary Table 3).
