CD4 and cancer: Unbiased clustering classified the cells in ccRCC1 into 15 different types from cluster 1 to cluster 15, namely, CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, tumour associated macrophages (TAMs), NK cells, NK-T cells, cancer-associated fibroblast (CAF), tumour cells, CD14+ monocytes, endothelial cells 1, FCGR3A+ monocytes, B cells, exhausted T cells, mast cells, endothelial cells 2 and proliferative CD8+ T cells (Figure 3A).
