According to the genomic alterations in AFPGC, there were a number of alterations in known cancer-related or potentially targetable genes, including ERBB2 (31%), CCNE1 (29%), MYC (22%), CCND1 (16%), MCL1 (14%), FLT1(12%), ERBB3 (10%), AURKA (10%), AXL (9%), BCL6 (9%), BRCA2 (9%), EGFR (9%), ERBB4 (9%), FGFR2 (9%), and so on, and these were comparable to a certain extent with that of the TCGA database (Fig. 4a). This evidence concerns the gene MYC and cancer.
