NUP214-ABL1 is the most frequent ABL1 fusion gene in T-ALL (6% of T-ALL cases) [30] and other (rare) fusions are ETV6-ABL1, BCR-ABL1, ZBTB16-ABL1 and EML1-ABL1 [6, 31]. This evidence concerns the gene NUP214 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
