Based on these findings, a potential miR-497-mRNA or miR-1246-mRNA regulatory network can be established, namely, miR-497-ARL2/UBE2Q1/PHF19/APLN/CHEK1/CASK/SUCO/CCNE1/KIF23, or miR-1246-AUTS2/SLAIN1, which contributes to the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma. This evidence concerns the gene CHEK1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
