Among 98 driver genes, 21 genes (including CDKN2A, CDKN2B, FBXO32, SIRT3, ING4, PTPN6, CHIC2, RAD21, PDGFRA, EGFR, HRAS, ERC1, CDK4, HDLBP, DTX3, C3AR1, GPC1, TALDO1, and MTAP) were recorded as cancer genes in at least one of four known databases [Cancer Gene Census in COSMIC (Sondka et al., 2018), TSGene (Zhao et al., 2016), Bushman3, and DriverDBv3 (Liu et al., 2020)]. The gene discussed is HRAS; the disease is cancer.
