CD274 and cancer: Currently, approved therapies for PD-1/PD-L1 have been effectively used to improve the survival and quality of life of cancer patients with chemotherapy and targeted drug tolerance by using nivolumab, pembrolizumab, cemiplimab, atezolizumab, durvalumab, and avelumab to effectively inhibit the binding of PD-1 to PD-L1 and to prevent the immune escape of cancer cells through the use of antibody drugs, such as nivolumab, pembrolizumab, cemiplimab, atezolizumab, durvalumab, and avelumab (Wang et al., 2019).
