However, no change in the frequency or number of CD4+ FoxP3+ T cells was observed at the day 21 tumor endpoint (Supplementary Fig. 6a–c) or at the day 14 peak response (Supplementary Fig. 6d, e) following anti-CTLA-4 treatment, except for a trend of increased frequency of Treg cells in the IRE monotherapy group that was not translated to differences in total numbers due to reduced overall numbers of CD4 T cells.
