Thirty‐four (15%) patients experienced a grade 3 or 4 TEAE, with HAE attack (n = 8, 3.5%), increased alanine aminotransferase (ALT; n = 6, 2.6%), increased hepatic enzyme (n = 2, 0.9%), abnormal liver function test (LFT; n = 2, 0.9%), and pneumonia (n = 2, 0.9%) as the most frequently reported. This evidence concerns the gene GPT and hereditary angioedema.
