This is perhaps most evident in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), but PLCγ2 is also observed to play a role in diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL), the most common form of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, Hodgkin’s lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndrome, endemic Burkitt lymphoma (EBL), MALT-associated gastric lymphoma and multiple myeloma. Here, PLCG2 is linked to Hodgkins lymphoma.
