Fig 3b shows that one negative mode is contributed by SNPs near genes LPL and BUD13, which are strongly associated with triglycerides. Another positive mode is contributed by SNPs near genes ALDH1A2 and PSKH1, which is related to respiratory diseases [72]. The markers of the other negative mode are mapped to genes including LIPG and CETP. This evidence concerns the gene PSKH1 and respiratory system disorder.
