CCL2 and Leber congenital amaurosis: The CCL2 level was 6.1 ± 0.8 pg/mL in patients with BAPE, which was significantly higher than that in patients with MPM (3.7 ± 0.7 pg/mL), LCa (2.5 ± 0.3 pg/mL), and other diseases (2.0 ± 0.3 pg/mL) (all p < 0.05) (Fig. 4).
